Unique nature-inspired and ocean pottery, wheel thrown and glazed by hand. Created in Oceanside, California
I specialize in ocean pottery and nature inspired ceramic art in the form of cremation urns, artistic bowls, planters and mugs. Each of my pieces is a one-of-a-kind artistic creation reflecting the beauty of nature.
My hope is that when you bring a piece of my pottery into your home, or give it away as a present, you or the gift recipient will somehow experience the peace and joy that I feel every time I stare in wonder at a breathtaking sunset, crashing ocean waves, majestic mountains, or the intricate details of a delicate flower.

All of my pottery is hand thrown on my potter's wheel, and fired at least twice in my kiln. The beauty of my handmade pottery is that no two pieces are exactly the same. Each piece is a unique, original piece of art, created with imagination, patience and love!
Every piece of my pottery is created to be a unique work of art. I alway hand brush the glaze, unlike some potters who use the dipping method, which is much faster. I like to think of each of my ceramic creations as the blank canvas for a new painting which can never be reproduced!
I create unique, cremation urns in a variety of shapes, sizes and colors. Each one is an individual piece of art. These urns are perfect for either pets or people.
Large artistic bowls make wonderful wedding gifts. The insides of the bowls are perfect places for artistic designs to be created with the glazes.
Many of my customers love plants, so it is not a surprise that my large, nature-inspired planters are very popular. I love trying different variations of glazing to see what kind of art I can create!
Oceanside Ceramics mugs are exclusive, individual works of art. Each one is uniquely different and a true artistic masterpiece!
I recently decided to bring my "outdoor booth" inside my workspace. Now I have a cozy corner with shelves full of one-of-a-kind pieces of ceramic art for you to browse through. My pottery studio is in the back, so there may be times when I greet you with clay covered hands! I am semi-retired, so my hours are not exactly regular. It is always best to call first before you come in!
I am still considering participating in a few local art shows because I love getting out in the community. However, it is obviously much easier for me to have customers come visit me!
You can also purchase some of my pieces on Etsy by going to my Etsy shop. Please note that my in-person prices are discounted quite a bit because I don't have to list, pack and ship each piece.
Thank you everyone who supported my business over the past seven years! It has been a wonderful journey and I couldn't have done it without the encouragement and appreciation of all of my in-person and on-line customers.
